What are we seeing 9 months on in regards to the Cayman Island Restructuring Officer Regime that was brought into force on the 31st August 2022. Chip Hoebeke speaks to Rupert Bell from Walkers Global and Chris Kennedy from Alvarez and Marsal Restructuring, both based in the Cayman Islands,  who have successfully gone through the process of using the regime. They talk about two cases that they have been involved in, where the regime was used.  Each case demonstrate different ways, in which, it can actually work.
